We are very pleased to announce that Merton Council have granted Planning Permission for two large detached houses on Lake Road in Wimbledon for the SSAFA Armed Forces Charity. Both houses are over over 5,000sq.ft with six bedrooms, basement gym and cinema rooms. The development is within the curtilage of the Grade 2 Listed Queen Alexandra Court and have been sensitively designed to be in keeping within this important historical setting.

We are delighted that our Dundonald Church and housing scheme has won the Highly Commended Award at the 2022 National Church Architecture Awards for the best new church building. The award ceremony was held this week organised by the National Church Trust and EASA to honour excellence and creativity in church architecture.

Our redevelopment of 49-51 Whitehall has just been successfully completed and handed over to our clients. The project involved the construction of a three storey 1,650 sq.ft rear extension to provide an overall 14,000 sq.ft of Cat A office space and 3,000 sq.ft. of prime retail space in Central London. The scheme includes a large new roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen with amazing views towards Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and Horse Guards Parade.

We are very excited that our 50 Marshall Street office scheme has been shortlisted for the best West End Regeneration project at the OAS Development Awards. The Soho project involves the refurbishment of a 14,000 sq,ft of offices plus a 1,100 sq.ft roof extension, new roof terrraces and a new 1,400 sq.ft retail unit at ground floor, all to a BREEAM Excelent standard.

Planning Permission for West Wickham Library and Housing Scheme.

We are delighted that our West Wickham library and housing scheme was granted Planning Permission this week by Bromley Council. The scheme involves a significant extension to the existing library providing new facilities such as a cafe, community space, maker space, outdoor classroom and business lounge along with 26 new build flats to the rear of the site. The new flats will have over 50% affordable housing provision with 23% family units for the local community. Construction is expected to start at the end of this year.

She recently completed our fantastic scheme at Dundonald Church and is currently running our Highgate Pre-Prep School project.

Wonderful to attend the opening thanksgiving service for Dundonald Church in Wimbledon. So great to see our project completed and so many happy people using this fantastic building. The scheme includes 18 new apartments above the church which helped finance to whole development.

Carnaby Street offices granted Planning Permission

Our 13,000 sq.ft office scheme with a new green wall in Carnaby Street was granted Planning Permission by Westminster City Council this week. The Chair of the Planning Committee described the application as 'oustanding and stunning' and 'an exemplar scheme to be commended and to be used as a template for future schemes'.

The scheme involves the demolition of the top mansard floor being replaced by two new office floors with front and rear roof terraces providing an additional 2,670 sq.ft. NIA while the three lower floors are extended and refurbished and the Timberland store remains in operation during the work. The scheme is due to start on site next month and complete in 2023.
