The refurbishment of a vacant retail unit on High Rd Wembley into 2no retail units and a fitness centre below, and the conversion of above office accommodation into 10no residential units.
In addition two new buildings will be located on the existing roof to provide an additional 35no residential units arranged around a newly landscaped roof courtyard.
