This Permitted Development scheme is a residential conversion of Compass House, an existing office building in Bayswater, into 30 luxury apartments. We transformed the outdated 1980's office building into spacious light filled Prime Central London apartments despite the challenges of low existing headrooms and deep floor plans.
We gained subsequent Planning Approvals for a new 1,700 sq.ft penthouse with terraces, modifications to the external appearance and the addition of balconies.
The scheme was successfully completed in 2020.
