Beau House, Jermyn Street, St. James, London

Sector: Residential

£8.0M

A residential redevelopment to create nine new luxury apartments in the centre of the fashionable district of St. James in the West End of London. The scheme involved retention of the existing retail tenant and structure while creating a roof and rear extension and an elegant new facade in Portland stone.

We worked with interior designers Oliver Burns on the penthouse and Edward Phillips on the rest of the flats to produce exceptional quality finishes and joinery within the apartments.

This scheme was completed in 2016.
